We are so excited that you are interested in booking with our salon! In order to provide the incredible services that you book for, we require our clients to abide by the policies we have in place.

To secure your appointment for your services, we require a credit card on file. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations must be made with more than 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. No Shows for clients will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment cost.

A 50% deposit is required for the following services in order to secure an appointment: Lash Extensions, Hair Extensions and Special Events such as weddings. Deposits made for these services are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
